"Pensima atencion al cliente… literalmente no me quiso atender fui por una cotizacion para una aseguranza para mi trabajo y no me la quizo hacer…. Segun el yo solo le queria hacer perder su “tiempo” tambien hizo un came tario de muy mal gusto en referencia de otro cliente que no me parecio nada amable… si mi opinion importa no vayan a este lugar hay mejor aseguradoras con mejor atencio…."
"Gracias por su review, las pólizas comerciales son totalmente diferentes a las personales, require información detallada de su tipo de trabajo y ocupación, sin esa información es imposible completar una cotización así como lo dijo usted, adicionalmente estoy requerido a explicar la obligación del cliente que tiene sobre la póliza para que no tenga sorpresas una vez adquirida y se sienta inconforme al final como otras compañías lo hacen. Le pido disculpas por ser honesto con las expectativas que debe tener un cliente al adquirir este tipo de contratos comerciales."

"Just bad customer service made a call and the young lady who answered my call didn't even let me explain anything just kept cutting me off and that's when I said thank you , I was looking into getting insured with you guys but not even an a apology for cutting me off , I'm trying to explain my reason for calling you STATE FARM.."

"Worse customer service, called for basic information on my policy and couldn’t get an answer, then I transferred to Edgar Martinez who kept questioning me as the policy holder with a rude tone. I have never had this issue before but their customer service needs some work."
"Thank you for your comment Mr. Rios. When an unrelated party requests our policy holders information, I have a fiduciary obligation to protect it. When I received your call from my team member, I asked to verify your relationship to the account. Some people fell that is unnecessary and tedious, but that is the only way I can protect all my customers from having their personal information compromised. Privacy and data handling are of utmost importance to us, so we cannot skip this step in our process."
